Moving in Ladson: what to know before you pack
Ladson sits between Summerville and North Charleston along Highway 78 and College Park Road, and it is where a lot of people buy their first home. It is close to I-26, the Bosch and Mercedes plants and the base, so moves here are often tied to a new job.
The Coastal Carolina Fair takes over the fairgrounds every fall and traffic around it gets heavy. If your move lands during fair week, tell us and we will pick a drop time that avoids it.
Ladson is part of our Charleston service area, Dorchester / Berkeley County.
