Privacy policy

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: your name, phone, email, city or area, move date, and any message.
• For a rental: the drop off and pickup addresses, your dates, and your signature on the rental agreement, along with the date, time, and internet address it was signed from.
• Payment records, like what you paid and when.

Why we use it

• To answer you, build your quote, schedule delivery and pickup, and send reminders and receipts.
• To ask for a review after your rental. You can opt out of those any time.

Who else touches it

• Stripe handles card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Resend sends our emails.
• Google Calendar holds our delivery and pickup schedule.
• If you're in the Hilton Head and Savannah area or the Roanoke, TX area, your request goes to the local Boxtrot partner who runs that market.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages actually help people. They use cookies. The first time you visit, you can say no thanks, and then neither one runs in your browser. We never send your name, phone, email, or address to them.

Your choices

Want a copy of what we have on you, or want it deleted? Email contact@boxtrotrentals.com and we'll take care of it. We keep rental and payment records as long as we need them for taxes and our books.
